<p><strong><span>position summary:</span></strong></p>
<p>The Associate Director of Marketing will lead the end-to-end launch of our upcoming next-generation implantable therapy while also owning upstream marketing work that shapes a strong, evidence-backed portfolio pipeline and product roadmap. This high-impact role will translate our strategic vision into action, leading downstream marketing programs that accelerate awareness and adoption of CCM Therapy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, turns ideas into execution quickly, and can independently manage multiple priorities. Proven product launch experience is required; Cardiac Rhythm Management experience is a plus.</p>

<p><strong><span>RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Product Launch Leadership: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop an integrated marketing launch plan for new product launches. </li>
<li>Lead market assessment, define value proposition, product positioning, and messaging. </li>
<li>Create and align on the go-to-market strategy with commercial organization, including key performance indicators, segmentation, and account/customer targeting. </li>
<li>Lead a cross-functional team in a holistic launch execution. </li>
<li>Partner closely with Product Development, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Sales Operations to translate customer insights into clear launch strategy, roadmap priorities, and launch readiness.</li>
<li>Lead development of launch materials and enablement (sales tools, training content, core claims/messages, congress strategy, digital/content plans).</li>
<li>Coordinate internal launch readiness activities (field readiness, training cadence, internal communications, content approvals, and rollout planning).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Lead upstream marketing and portfolio pipeline:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for upstream product marketing: identify and translate business opportunities into market solutions. </li>
<li>Lead voice-of-customer efforts (market research, advisory boards/KOL engagement) to define unmet needs and customer requirements.</li>
<li>Translate insights into actionable product requirements and partner with Product Development to influence feature prioritization, roadmap tradeoffs, and value proposition.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Drive downstream marketing to grow CCM therapy awareness and adoption:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute global marketing campaigns to create awareness amongst multiple providers such as General Cardiologists, Heart Failure Specialists, Electrophysiologists, and Nurse Practitioners. </li>
<li>Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that build awareness, drive referrals, and increase therapy adoption. Create and optimize multichannel campaigns (digital, content, events/congress, HCP education, sales tools).</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales leaders and other stakeholders to update tools that help drive marketing strategies and execution in the field.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency and compliance in messaging and materials in partnership with Legal/Regulatory/Compliance.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects from concept to completion within the allotted time frames and aggressive deadlines</li>
<li>Manage agencies and vendors; oversee budgets and timelines; ensure high-quality execution.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span>QUALIFICATIONS:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>8–12+ years in implantable medical device (or similarly complex healthcare) marketing with both:</li>
<li>Upstream experience (VOC/insights → product strategy/requirements, partnership with Product Development), and</li>
<li>Downstream experience (integrated commercialization programs that drive adoption and product launch)</li>
<li>BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent</li>
<li>An advanced credential, such as an MBA in a relevant discipline/concentration. </li>
<li>Proven track record leading at least one major product launch with cross-functional ownership.</li>
<li>Experience in implantable devices. Electrophysiology or Heart Failure is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution; able to move from strategy to deliverables quickly.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and program leadership.</li>
<li>Physical Demands/Work Environment: Office environment, heavy PC usage</li>
