Job Description
Provide strategic leadership and oversight to a team of 8 Commercial Property Managers and supporting personnel
Direct all aspects of facilities management and property maintenance across commercial and retail properties nationwide
Develop and implement property management strategies and procedures to maximize property performance and value
Review invoices and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and cost efficiency
Prepare and oversee the development of annual budgets for managed properties
Troubleshoot operational issues and respond to tenant requests promptly and effectively
Key Requirements
Strong commercial property management experience
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to direct, mentor, and hold in-house professionals accountable
Proven ability to develop and implement property management strategies and procedures that maximize property performance and value
Strong communication skills with keen court awareness and a demonstrated sense of urgency
BS degree required
