About the role. You will:As a Consultant, you will help deliver complex Guidewire implementation and transformation programs for leading P&C insurers across the US and Canada. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize solutions that support core insurance operations.
At Sollers, Consultants take an active role across the full engagement lifecycle – from shaping proposals and defining requirements to implementation and delivery. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, gain exposure to strategic initiatives, and take real ownership of project outcomes.
This role combines Guidewire platform expertise, business analysis, and client advisory, providing a strong foundation for growth into advisory and leadership responsibilities.

Base salary range: $100,000 – $125,000 USD annually.
Final compensation may vary based on experience, education, and geographic location.
