About the role. You will:

As a Consultant, you will help deliver complex Guidewire implementation and transformation programs for leading P&C insurers across the US and Canada. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize solutions that support core insurance operations.

At Sollers, Consultants take an active role across the full engagement lifecycle – from shaping proposals and defining requirements to implementation and delivery. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, gain exposure to strategic initiatives, and take real ownership of project outcomes.

This role combines Guidewire platform expertise, business analysis, and client advisory, providing a strong foundation for growth into advisory and leadership responsibilities.

Project & Delivery

• Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementation projects within the P&C insurance, taking ownership of defined workstreams within complex transformation programs.

• Take on responsibilities such as Product Owner, Scrum Master or Lead Analyst, depending on project needs.

• Conduct complex business analysis, define functional requirements, and design solutions with cross-functional teams.

• Partner with clients to solve business and technology challenges.

• Support knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of less experienced team members.

Client & Advisory

• Support the development of relationships with new and existing clients.

• Contribute to proposal preparation and client presentations.

• Participate in stakeholder discussions and help articulate solution approaches.

• Identify opportunities to expand collaboration within existing engagements.

About the requirements. You need:

• 3+ years of experience in consulting or IT delivery within the US/Canada P&C insurance market.

• Hands-on experience delivering Guidewire implementation projects (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter or ClaimCenter preferred).

• Strong understanding of P&C insurance operating models and core processes

• Experience in business analysis and functional design, with strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with clients.

• Experience coordinating project streams or owning defined areas of delivery is an advantage.

About the compensation. We can offer:

Base salary range: $100,000 – $125,000 USD annually.

Final compensation may vary based on experience, education, and geographic location.

The responsibilities outlined above describe the role and its scope. The formal internal title will align with Sollers’ global Consulting career framework and be determined based on experience and level of responsibility.
