Estate Services Mobile Operative

<p><strong>Estate Services Mobile Operative needed in Rainham Paying  £14.80 per hr  ref 000B 3A26</strong></p> <p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p> <p><em>Key Responsibilities</em></p> <ul> <li>Drive and load vehicles to collect bulk refuse, fly-tipping and unwanted items from estates and communal areas.</li> <li>Transport and safely dispose of waste and recyclable materials at designated sites.</li> <li>Carry out deep cleaning of internal and external areas using specialist equipment such as pressure washers and floor scrubbers.</li> <li>Undertake general estate cleaning duties, litter picking, manual sweeping and environmental maintenance.</li> <li>Provide relief caretaking services across multiple estates, often at short notice.</li> <li>Carry out minor repairs and maintenance works as directed.</li> <li>Respond to emergency clean-up requests and priority estate issues.</li> <li>Operate vehicles, machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following training.</li> <li>Complete daily vehicle safety checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness and defect records.</li> <li>Transport goods, equipment and materials between sites as required.</li> <li>Work closely with caretaking and other estate services teams to maintain high service standards.</li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to verity@essentialemploy.co.uk quoting the reference number. </p> <p>Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
