An established IT & Data consulting firm is seeking a highly connected Fractional Business Developer to support growth within the Financial Services market.
This is a senior-level, relationship-led role focused purely on opportunity origination and access, not day-to-day sales execution or delivery.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a credible, well-networked Financial Services leader who can:
Open doors to C-suite and senior decision-makers across Insurance and/or Banking
Generate qualified introductions and early-stage opportunities
Sponsor initial conversations and position IT & Data consulting services credibly
Support early opportunity shaping before handing over to the core sales team
This is a strategic, influence-based role - ideal for someone who understands how buying decisions are made within complex FSI organisations and can navigate them effectively.
Ideal Background
Former senior executive within the Financial Services market
Strong personal network among C-level and senior stakeholders in Insurance and/or Banking
Recognised as a trusted peer capable of securing senior-level access
Currently operating as an independent advisor, NED, consultant, or semi-retired executive
Commercially astute with a clear focus on opportunity creation
A high-level understanding of IT and Data consulting services (digital transformation, data platforms, analytics, modernisation) is advantageous - hands-on technical expertise is not required.

1-2 days per week
£900 - £1,100 per day equivalent
