primary point of contact.</p></div><div><p style="text-align:left;">• Drive account growth through strategic planning, joint business plans, and aligning customer objectives with company goals.</p></div><div><p style="text-align:left;">• Monitor account performance, analyse sales data, and prepare regular business reviews for internal and external stakeholders.</p></div><div><p leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities within key accounts.</p></div><div><p style="text-align:left;">• Resolve any account-related issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high region.</p></div><div><p style="text-align:left;">• Support the on-trade channel with prospecting activities, customer meetings, and relationship-building initiatives.</p></div><div><p style="text-align:left;">• Provide cover and support for independent trade during peak periods, special projects, or strategic activations.</p></div><div><p style="text-align:left;">• Ensure the company maintains strong visibility and engagement within the independent free trade market.</p><p style="text-align:left;"><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p><p style="text-align:left;">• Proven experience in Key Account Management or a similar sales role within the on-trade sector. </p></div><div><p style="text-align:left;">• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategic account plans.</p></div><div><p style="text-align:left;">• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.</p></div><div><p style="text-align:left;">• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.</p></div><div><p style="text-align:left;">• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.</p></div><div><p style="text-align:left;">• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective internal and external relationships.</p></div><div><p style="text-align:left;">• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a
