Our team specializes in the travel and e-commerce industry and collaborates with renowned brands like Itaka and Čedok.  We are looking for an engaged, communicative, and recruitment-driven individual to join our HR team — someone who not only searches for candidates but also strives to build genuine relationships with them. If you already have experience in IT recruitment and thrive in a dynamic environment – we’d love to have you on board!   What you will do:   Independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes (including direct search) Identifying new sourcing channels and ensuring the best possible Candidate Experience Collaborating closely with hiring managers and supporting them in recruitment challenges Coordinating with external partners (outsourcing firms, recruitment agencies) Co-creating and improving HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, feedback, and internal communication Initiating and implementing initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement Providing administrative and personnel support to employees Participating in day-to-day HR department tasks   Skills Recruitment advanced Communication advanced HR regular EB regular You are ideal candidate if you have: Have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the IT industry Enjoy working with people and have strong HR intuition Have a proven track record of successful recruitment projects (especially in IT) Communicate fluently in both Polish and English Stay up to date with labor market trends and enjoy sharing knowledge Are self-reliant, well-organized, and value teamwork
