About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's SW - LAC/Safeguarding Team in Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on the lives of children and families within our community. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to ensure the safety and well-being of children in care and those at risk of harm. Your key responsibilities will include: Assessing the needs of children and families to inform care planning and intervention strategies. Developing and implementing care plans that prioritize the safety and welfare of children. Conducting regular reviews of children’s progress and making necessary adjustments to care plans. Working closely with other professionals, including health, education, and law enforcement, to ensure a multi-agency approach to safeguarding. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills: A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, CQSW, CSS). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working within children's social care, particularly in LAC and safeguarding contexts. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working in partnership with children, families, and professionals.
