About the Role

Head of Marketing You’ll lead and shape marketing for a growing MSP / cloud led business, turning strong foundations into a high-performing demand generation engine that drives ICP to revenue. Working closely with sales and leadership, you’ll connect brand, digital and partner activity into a clear, commercial go-to-market strategy. Working for an established well regarded organisation, this new role will lead the marketing effort aligned with rev ops, suiting a player manager mindset shaping the strategy with the SLT and then closely implementing with a highly skilled marketing team. What You’ll Focus On Data led, ICP to revenue alignment through demand generation Building a joined-up go-to-market strategy Improving funnel performance and conversion Leading partner and ecosystem marketing Using data to optimise direction, performance and outcomes Leading and developing a high-performing team What You Bring Experience leading marketing in MSP, Cloud or SaaS Strong track record of pipeline growth from ICP to revenue Deep understanding of demand gen and GTM strategy Ability to work closely with sales and commercial teams Data-led, hands-on and commercially focused Why This Role Real ownership and impact on growth Strong leadership visibility Opportunity to build and scale a modern marketing function Joining an organisation who put people at the heart of everything they do To find out more, drop a message for a confidential chat.
