Level 3 Teaching Assistant Accrington

About the role:

Justteachers is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 3 who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Accrington area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence from September 2026- with potential of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Supporting teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4

·  Delivering small‑group and 1:1 interventions

·  Assisting with classroom management and behaviour

·  Supporting pupils with SEND and differentiation

Pre-requisites:

•  Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent
•  Experience supporting learning in UK classrooms
•  Strong understanding of safeguarding and SEND
•  Confident working with small groups and 1:1
