NEW TEACHING ASSISTANT OPPORTUNITIES IN RUGBY

We are looking for a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inspiring team. In this rewarding role, you'll have the chance to work with children as they progress through their Key Stage 2 journey, helping them reach their full potential and develop a love for learning.
This is a long-term, full-time position and would involve working school hours Monday- Friday.
WHAT WOULD THE ROLE INVOLVE?
* Preparing and Organizing Resources: Assist in the preparation of classroom materials, resources, and displays to support learning, from organizing books to preparing worksheets or hands-on learning tools.
* Supporting Social and Emotional Development: Help students with their social and emotional learning, providing support during group work, lunchtime, and break times, and encouraging positive peer relationships and problem-solving skills.
* Administering Tests and Feedback: Assist with the administration of assessments or quizzes, helping students' complete tasks and reviewing their answers to provide feedback.
WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE?
* Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
* A minimum of 2 years UK teaching assistant experience
* An enhanced DBS on the update service
* References covering the last 2 years of your employment
* Up to date safeguarding training
