<p>We’re hiring a News Monitoring Coordinator to join a fast-paced, global communications team within a leading multinational organisation.</p>
<p>This role sits at the heart of the communications function, acting as an early warning system for media activity and ensuring internal teams stay informed and prepared to respond.</p>

<p>What You’ll Be Doing</p>

<li>Monitoring news coverage throughout the day to spot relevant stories</li>
<li>Flagging important media developments and emerging risks</li>
<li>Managing incoming press enquiries and routing them to the right teams</li>
<li>Maintaining logs, reports, and internal communication tools</li>
<li>Supporting the wider communications team with operational tasks</li>

<p>A Typical Day</p>

<li>Conduct media sweeps regularly (every ~30 minutes)</li>
<li>Respond to press enquiries within tight deadlines</li>
<li>Work as part of a shift-based team to ensure continuous coverage</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues across regions and teams</li>
