About the Role

<p><strong>Account Manager - German, French, Spanish or Italian</strong></p> <p><strong>LOCATION</strong></p> <p>Hybrid role - 3 days a week in the South West London office and 2 days working from home</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>LANGUAGES</strong></p> <p>Fluency in English plus German, French, Spanish or Italian</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>COMPANY</strong></p> <p>Our client is a highly successful and very well established global tech company, known for it's strong B2B focus and for managing international key accounts across multiple industries.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>To drive growth across the EMEA, we are seeking a bilingual&nbsp;Account Manager&nbsp;to own and expand relationships with partners. This role is centred on strengthening key accounts, delivering consistent value to customer and identifying opportunities to grow revenue across the full product portfolio.</p> <p>You will act as a primary point of contact for distribution partners, ensuring a high level of service, commercial alignment and long term satisfaction. Working closely with Business Development Managers, you&rsquo;ll help unlock new opportunities within existing accounts while contributing insights that shape business strategy, processes, and customer experience.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts across the EMEA region, driving revenue growth through proactive account management</li> <li>Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers, ensuring consistent engagement and high satisfaction</li> <li>Manage the full sales cycle, including pricing, negotiations, order processing, and delivery coordination</li> <li>Use your understanding of customer needs, stock availability and supply timelines to set expectations and deliver reliably</li> <li>Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support Business Development Managers in executing expansion strategies</li> <li>Conduct regular business reviews with customers, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen partnerships</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>CANDIDATE PROFILE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluent in English plus German, French, Spanish or Italian</li> <li>Some previous experience in sales, account management or customer service is essential</li> <li>Strong communication and relationship building skills</li> <li>Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively</li> <li>Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>SALARY</strong></p> <p>c. &pound;32,000 - &pound;34,000 pa + excellent bonuses to realistically take your OTE to &pound;40,000 - &pound;45,000 pa + fantastic benefits!</p> <p>This role is to start as soon as possible (ideally May/June 2026).</p> <p>Contact: Lisa Grimes</p>
