About the Role:

• Full-time HLTA position
• ASAP start
• Deliver whole-class lessons in the absence of the teacher
• Support small group and 1:1 interventions
• Work closely with class teachers to plan and adapt learning activities
• Contribute to assessment and pupil progress tracking

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds HLTA status or has relevant experience
• Has experience working within a primary school setting
• Is confident leading whole-class teaching
• Has strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Is proactive, flexible, and committed to supporting all learners
