Temporary Marketing Support Associate (Part-Time) Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite) Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Interview Process: Phone / Video Interviews If interested, please email LKOPASZ@ALINESTAFFING.com Position Overview We are seeking a Temporary Marketing Support Associate to assist the Oncology Product Management team with operational and logistical support. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can communicate effectively and help coordinate materials for marketing programs and events. This position involves organizing, packing, and shipping product materials, maintaining inventory, and assisting with administrative and coordination tasks to support the marketing team. Key Responsibilities Organize and prepare marketing and product materials Pack and ship materials for marketing programs and events Maintain inventory of marketing supplies and product materials Coordinate shipments and track delivery logistics Support project coordination and administrative tasks for the marketing team Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth operations Maintain organized records and documentation Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team Required Qualifications Ability to work onsite 20 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM) Ability to lift and transport materials up to 25 pounds Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized Preferred Qualifications General understanding of Microsoft Excel Experience supporting teams with logistics, coordination, or administrative tasks Experience organizing materials, shipping products, or inventory management Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable handling physical materials and shipments A strong communicator who works well in a team environment Reliable and able to support multiple operational tasks If interested, please email LKOPASZ@ALINESTAFFING.com Pre-Screening Questions Please be prepared to answer the following questions when applying: Are you available to work onsite 20 hours per week Monday–Thursday from 8 AM – 5 PM?
