<p>What You’ll Be Doing</p>
<p>• Leading the strategic relationship with a major national sporting partner, acting as the key commercial contact<br />
• Developing and delivering account growth strategies aligned with wider business goals<br />
• Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders<br />
• Identifying and unlocking new commercial opportunities within the partnership<br />
• Driving revenue growth through negotiation, contract management, and strategic planning<br />
• Managing financial performance, forecasts, and budgets for the account<br />
• Leading internal sales activity, including pipeline management and opportunity conversion<br />
• Providing guidance and leadership to internal teams to ensure high performance<br />
• Working cross-functionally with procurement, operations, finance, and leadership teams<br />
• Representing the organisation at national meetings, sporting events, and stakeholder forums<br />

• Proven experience as a National Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, or senior commercial leader<br />
• A strong track record of building and managing high-value partnerships<br />
• Experience influencing and working with senior stakeholders<br />
• A commercially driven mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities<br />
• Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and business development<br />
• Experience managing or coaching sales or account teams<br />
• The ability to operate confidently within complex national or multi-site accounts<br />
• A willingness to travel nationally and thrive in a hybrid, field-based role<br />
