As a Senior Ops Engineer, you will:
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of internet-facing commercial banking systems.
- Monitor, support, and maintain all Order Manager environments through automation and testing.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize Azure-based infrastructure and services.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software delivery.
- Perform code reviews, repository management, and deployment activities following DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver reliable production solutions.
- Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Manage incidents, system changes, and production support while maintaining high service availability.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10+ years of experience in Operations Engineering, DevOps, or Production Support.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including deployments, repository management, and code reviews.
- Hands-on expertise in CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in the Banking domain or supporting financial services applications.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within large enterprise teams.
You should possess the ability to:
- Design, deploy, and support Azure-based production environments.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor critical systems and proactively resolve production issues.
- Automate operational processes to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and manage source code repositories following best practices.
- Analyze complex technical issues and communicate key findings effectively.
- Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with distributed Agile teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
