Sales Executive – Specialist Automotive

£34,000 Basic | OTE £50,000+ (Uncapped Profit-Based Commission)

We’re working with a well-regarded specialist automotive business offering a genuinely enjoyable sales environment and a high-quality product range.

This is not a volume dealership role. The focus here is on quality cars, proper conversations, and strong margins — not chasing numbers for the sake of it.

If you enjoy selling cars the right way, this is a rare opportunity to step into something a bit more rewarding.

The Role

• Manage enquiries from interested buyers and guide them through the full sales process
• Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience
• Work with a carefully selected range of desirable vehicles
• Handle negotiations and close deals with a focus on value, not volume
• Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience in automotive sales
• Strong understanding of the full sales process
• Confident working in a profit-focused commission structure
• Professional, personable, and able to build trust quickly
• Someone who enjoys selling quality rather than chasing volume

The Package

• £34,000 basic salary
• £50,000+ OTE (uncapped)
• Commission based purely on profit per deal
• Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00 – 17:30
• A genuinely enjoyable working environment with a great product
