Optical Assistant – Role Highlights Join a modern, boutique optical practice situated in the heart of beautiful Cambridge Work as part of a close-knit, friendly team that prides itself on attention to detail and genuine care Contribute to a practice that blends clinical excellence with fashion-forward styling Assist clients in choosing from a stunning collection of exclusive designer and niche eyewear brands such as Anne et Valentin, Theo, Face a Face, Lindberg, Mykita, and more Opportunity to attend international trade shows and engage in regular training and development, both in-house and externally Deliver a premium, tailored customer experience every time Full-time position – 5 days per week, including Saturdays Opening hours: 8.30am–5.30pm Salary between £24,000–£26,000, dependent on experience Bonus scheme available Free parking provided Optical Assistant – Requirements Minimum of 1 year’s experience working within an Opticians A passion for fashion, design and customer care Creative and confident in offering styling advice Loyal, reliable and proactive team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine desire to go above and beyond
