<p><strong>Veterinary Surgeon – Multi-Site Role – Wiltshire</strong></p>
<p>Join a progressive and forward-thinking small animal practice in <strong>Wiltshire</strong>, offering an excellent opportunity for a <strong>Veterinary Surgeon</strong> seeking variety, development, and a supportive team environment.</p>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)<br />
<strong>Location:</strong> Wiltshire<br />
<strong>Hours:</strong> 42 hours per week over 4 days, including 1:5 weekends (shift-based, not full weekend) and 1 weeknight every 2 weeks<br />
<strong>Contract Type:</strong> Permanent – full-time and part-time applicants welcome</p>
<p><strong>About the Role</strong><br />
You’ll work across multiple well-equipped sites with access to 24-hour hospital facilities, ensuring a varied and engaging caseload. The practice has a large, experienced team of veterinary surgeons, nurses, and support staff who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care.</p>
<p>Modern facilities include digital x-ray, ultrasound, CT scanner, isolation units, and ISFM Cat Friendly certification across all branches. You’ll also benefit from strong clinical support and a culture that encourages growth, collaboration, and case discussion.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<p>Provide high-quality veterinary care across consultations, surgery, and inpatient management</p>

<p>Work collaboratively within a large, supportive clinical team</p>

<p>Build strong client relationships and uphold excellent communication standards</p>

<p>Participate in the shared weekend and out-of-hours rota</p>

<p><strong>About You</strong></p>

<p>RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon</p>
<li>
<p>Confident with routine consultations and surgeries</p>
<li>
<p>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</p>
<li>
<p>Eager to develop clinically and professionally</p>

<p>Flexible and proactive approach to multi-site working</p>
