Housekeeper/Cook Job in Nether Whitacre, Warwickshire

A lovely family is seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Part-Time Housekeeper/Cook to help run their beautiful country home in Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional housekeeper who enjoys taking ownership of a household, is highly organised, and is confident preparing healthy, home-cooked meals.

The family are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently while maintaining exceptionally high standards throughout the home.

Duties to include:

• Full housekeeping and maintaining the home to a high standard

• Laundry, ironing and wardrobe care

• Seasonal wardrobe rotation and organisation

• Linen cupboard management, including towel and bedding rotation

• Decluttering and maintaining organised storage systems throughout the house

• Weekly changing of bed linens

• Keeping the kitchen, pantry, fridge and freezer clean and well organised

• Unpacking groceries and organising food storage

• Monitoring and replenishing household supplies and toiletries

• Batch cooking and meal preparation

• Grocery shopping and household top-up shopping

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working within a private household

• Be an excellent housekeeper with exceptional attention to detail

• Be highly organised and proactive

• Be trustworthy, discreet and reliable

• Hold excellent, checkable references

• Be a driver due to the rural location

The property is an exceptional country residence set within approximately 8 acres in Warwickshire, offering over 11,000 sq ft of beautifully appointed accommodation. The home comprises multiple reception rooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen and family living area, five-plus bedrooms, a leisure complex with swimming pool, gym and spa, a cinema/games room, and extensive grounds with ample parking and garaging.

Days & Hours: Around 30 hours per week - flexible for the right candidate

Salary: £20 - £22 gross per hour
