About the Role
A leading law firm with a strong reputation in the health, social care, and education sectors is seeking a Solicitor or Associate (NQ – 10years + PQE) to join their Health & Care Regulatory team . This is a chance to work on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters in a dynamic and supportive environment, alongside Legal500 recommended Partners. The Role: You’ll manage a varied caseload, advising clients on areas including: Court of Protection matters and inquests. Human rights, safeguarding, and mental health. Regulatory issues such as HSE/CQC enforcement. Patient safety, serious incidents, and education law. Key Responsibilities: Handle advisory and litigation matters independently. Provide advocacy at hearings and tribunals. Support business development and build strong client relationships.
