The wider real estate group is large, full-service, and highly ranked across the legal directories, with strong integration across finance, construction, planning, and tax. This is a broad, high-quality commercial real estate position at Managing Associate level, offering strong autonomy and exposure. You’ll work across: Acquisitions and disposals of investment assets Landlord and tenant matters, including complex lease negotiations Asset management for sophisticated investor clients Real estate elements of large-scale corporate transactions and financings Development-led work across key sectors (logistics, office, life sciences, living, hospitality) The work is varied, often high-value, and frequently tied to wider strategic mandates involving corporate, private wealth, or disputes teams.
