Our client is a long-standing FM provider that has recently received significant investment to expand operations and strengthen technical delivery across the Midlands. Following the award of a major educational contract in Stoke, they are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver installation, maintenance, and repair services across educational sites and commercial buildings.

Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems across educational and commercial buildings.
Install, service, and repair HVAC, VRF, and split systems, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Diagnose faults and provide efficient solutions to maintain operational systems.
Work safely and in line with compliance, health & safety, and contract standards.
Update job progress and reporting accurately via the CAFM system.
Support minor building services tasks when required.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and site teams.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Air Conditioning / HVAC.
F-Gas qualified (essential).
Experience in FM, multi-site commercial, or educational building services maintenance.
Able to work independently across a regional patch.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
