They are now seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Grants Officer to help them deliver life-changing support to those in need.</p> <p>This is a unique opportunity to combine empathy with analytical skills to support individuals facing financial hardship, health challenges, or transitions into care.</p> <p><b>The Role</b></p> <p>As their Grants Officer, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking their support. You&rsquo;ll guide applicants through the grants process, assess their needs, and help unlock access to financial assistance, mental health support, and care services.</p> <ul> <li>Managing and assessing grant applications with care, accuracy, and integrity.</li> <li>Building trusting relationships with beneficiaries and their families.</li> <li>Providing clear advice and guidance on available support.</li> <li>Preparing high-quality reports and recommendations for decision-making committees.</li> <li>Working closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate holistic support.</li> <li>Maintaining accurate and confidential records using our client&rsquo;s CRM system (Salesforce).</li> </ul> <p><b>About You</b></p> <p>Empathetic, organised, and confident handling sensitive situations, and able to thrive in a role that requires both human connection and attention to detail.</p> <p>Our client is looking for someone who has:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.</li> <li>Confidence working with sensitive and complex personal circumstances.</li> <li>Good IT skills (including CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus).</li> <li>The ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload.</li> </ul> <p>It would also be helpful if you have experience in a grants, casework, or welfare-based role, knowledge of the charity sector and a UK driving licence.</p> <p>Appointment to the role will also be subject to a DBS.&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Why Join Our Client?</b></p> <p>This is more than a job &#8211; it&rsquo;s a chance to have a lasting impact on people who have contributed so much to the UK&rsquo;s cultural life.
