What you’ll be doing:
Implementing SharePoint-based document and records management solutions for external customers
Supporting clients from initial requirements gathering through to configuration, deployment, and training
Customising M365 solutions to meet specific business needs using out-of-the-box capabilities
Collaborating with the internal product and delivery teams to ensure successful rollouts
Providing technical advice and best-practice guidance to help customers get the most out of SharePoint
Supporting documentation, configuration, and post-implementation handover to customers
What you’ll bring to the table:
Proven experience working with SharePoint Online in a customer-facing or consultancy role
Strong knowledge of document management, records retention, and Microsoft 365 configuration
Excellent communication skills, confident with both technical teams and business users
Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple customer implementations at once
Bonus points for experience with Power Automate, Teams, or wider Microsoft 365 tools
Even more bonus points if you’ve worked with a Microsoft Partner or delivered product-based solutions before
