This is your chance to join a growing Microsoft Partner, helping external customers implement modern records and document management solutions based on SharePoint and Microsoft 365. It’s a fully remote role with variety, flexibility, and the chance to own your space in a supportive, specialist team. What’s in it for you? Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere in the UK Project Delivery: Take ownership of SharePoint and M365 product implementations for external clients Customer Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and deliver real-world solutions Microsoft Partner: Join a consultancy that’s focused, well respected, and built around Microsoft technologies Growth: Be part of a growing business with opportunities to specialise further in M365, Power Platform, or solution architecture What you’ll be doing: Implementing SharePoint-based document and records management solutions for external customers Supporting clients from initial requirements gathering through to configuration, deployment, and training Customising M365 solutions to meet specific business needs using out-of-the-box capabilities Collaborating with the internal product and delivery teams to ensure successful rollouts Providing technical advice and best-practice guidance to help customers get the most out of SharePoint Supporting documentation, configuration, and post-implementation handover to customers What you’ll bring to the table: Proven experience working with SharePoint Online in a customer-facing or consultancy role Strong knowledge of document management, records retention, and Microsoft 365 configuration Excellent communication skills, confident with both technical teams and business users Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple customer implementations at once Bonus points for experience with Power Automate, Teams, or wider Microsoft 365 tools Even more bonus points if you’ve worked with a Microsoft Partner or delivered product-based solutions before This isn’t a reactive support job or a hands-off architecture role, it’s hands-on, customer-focused work that blends your SharePoint knowledge with your ability to solve problems and deliver real outcomes.
