With just 13 homes remaining, we're looking for a confident and polished sales professional who can hit the ground running from day one.The DevelopmentA beautiful collection of 3-bedroom mews houses in one of London's most iconic postcodes. These are exceptional homes in an exceptional location, and they need a consultant who can deliver a premium customer journey while confidently guiding buyers through the purchase process.The RoleThis is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start, but with a number of exciting new sites already in the pipeline, there's every reason to believe this is the start of something longer. You'll be working Tuesday to Saturday on-site in Notting Hill, supporting buyers through every stage of their purchase journey with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.What You'll Be DoingEngaging and qualifying prospective buyers and managing their journey from enquiry to completionDelivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with purchasersManaging the full sales process through to exchange and legal completionWorking closely with solicitors, brokers, and internal teams to keep sales progressing smoothlySupporting the developer in achieving sales targets on the remaining unitsMaintaining high presentation standards across the marketing suite and developmentWho We're Looking ForYou'll be an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant with a proven track record in delivering strong sales performance and exceptional customer experience. You'll be confident managing buyers through the full sales journey, commercially aware, and passionate about property.Previous experience in new homes sales is essential.
