What You'll Do
As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and responding to incidents with professionalism and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor security systems
- Manage access control at gates, doors, and checkpoints
- Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Write accurate and detailed activity and incident reports
- Support fire, medical, and disaster response procedures
- Maintain a professional presence with clients and staff
What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are:
- Calm under pressure
- Highly observant
- Committed to integrity and service
Preferred Experience- Security, military, corrections, or law enforcement background
- Customer service experience
- Wisconsin Private Security License
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Experience using two-way radios and writing reports
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean background check, MVR, and drug screening
- Reliable transportation or ability to relocate before start date
