Job Description
Prepare and analyse financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations.
Contribute to the development of financial models and performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Graduate Finance Analyst should have:
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
A keen interest in pursuing a career in the retail industry.
