About the Role

<p data-start="56" data-end="261">We are seeking an experienced <strong data-start="86" data-end="117">Coupa Functional Consultant</strong> to play a key role in a major procurement transformation programme, supporting the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a Coupa platform.</p>
<p data-start="263" data-end="290"><strong data-start="263" data-end="288">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul data-start="291" data-end="778">
<li data-section-id="15vt16i" data-start="291" data-end="385">Act as the functional lead for Coupa, supporting implementation and post-go-live ownership</li>
<li data-section-id="iszte2" data-start="386" data-end="482">Work closely with implementation partners to validate, challenge, and refine solution design</li>
<li data-section-id="ch86w2" data-start="483" data-end="566">Lead configuration and continuous improvement of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes</li>
<li data-section-id="1wmf7x" data-start="567" data-end="653">Bridge business and technical teams to ensure the solution meets operational needs</li>
<li data-section-id="cwxqdg" data-start="654" data-end="712">Support roadmap development and future module rollouts</li>
<li data-section-id="1g1vj7a" data-start="713" data-end="778">Contribute to testing, governance, and best practice adoption</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="780" data-end="803"><strong data-start="780" data-end="801">Key Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul data-start="804" data-end="1176">
<li data-section-id="1nqua7l" data-start="804" data-end="869">Proven experience delivering end-to-end Coupa implementations</li>
<li data-section-id="2emua4" data-start="870" data-end="931">Strong knowledge of P2P processes and procurement systems</li>
<li data-section-id="48rbqz" data-start="932" data-end="1015">Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations preferred)</li>
<li data-section-id="yjm23v" data-start="1016" data-end="1096">Ability to take ownership post-implementation and drive ongoing enhancements</li>
<li data-section-id="1bo5hmr" data-start="1097" data-end="1176">Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence third-party delivery</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1178" data-end="1201"><strong data-start="1178" data-end="1199">Desirable Skills:</strong></p>
<ul data-start="1202" data-end="1316">
<li data-section-id="13gt915" data-start="1202" data-end="1252">Exposure to wider finance processes (O2C, R2R)</li>
<li data-section-id="n3rp0c" data-start="1253" data-end="1316">Experience in broader procurement transformation programmes</li>
