OB/GYN Physician

<p>We offer loan repayment! </p> <p>We have an exciting new opportunity for an OB/GYN Physician for our growing nonprofit community health based organization. As the Family Physician, you would join a team of doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants treating patients through all walks of life. Our organization has multiple sites throughout Nassau County and we offer a very flexible work schedule. This opportunity would be Monday through Friday with very minimal on call and no weekend coverage. Please see job highlights below for more information.</p> <p>Title: OB/GYN Physician<br /> Location: Nassau County NY<br /> Salary: $240,000 to $260,000 + full comprehensive benefits package </p> <p>Responsibilities<br /> • Diagnosing and treating conditions: Perform physical exams, pap smears, and breast exams to diagnose and treat conditions that affect the reproductive system<br /> • Managing labor and delivery: Assist with childbirth, including C-sections if necessary<br /> • Providing prenatal care: Perform ultrasounds and fetal heart rate monitoring to check on the health of the mother and fetus<br /> • Offering guidance: Provide advice on family planning, birth control, and reproductive health<br /> • Conducting research: Develop and test new treatments, medications, or procedures to prevent or control disease<br /> • Consulting with other physicians: Serve as a consultant to other physicians or as a primary physician for women </p> <p>Requirements:<br /> Graduate of accredited MD/DO Residency Program<br /> Must be board Certified OB/GYN Physician<br /> Active New York Medical License<br /> Strong communication skills<br /> Graduate of accredited Doctorate School Program</p> <p>For further consideration, send resume or email to Alexg@smitharnold.com VP of recruitment or call 914-774-8202</p>
