-
How long does the process take?
After submitting your application, expect a response within 72 hours. Successful applicants will be invited to join the BountyJobs platform, starting with an onboarding process that includes an information session and a technical walkthrough. Upon completion, you'll be ready to activate your account.
-
Do all recruiters and agencies get accepted?
The marketplace is not open to everyone. New agencies are eligible to join if they are either a preferred vendor for a new employer, or they fill a specialized niche in short supply in the marketplace. All new agencies are screened and approved by a member of the BountyJobs agency onboarding team to ensure a high enough volume of jobs in their specialty and to maintain a high-quality marketplace for our clients.
-

If you'd like to get access to the BountyJobs Marketplace, simply complete the agency sign-up form, and our team will provide a response within 72 hours.
-
Who can see my candidates when I upload them to BountyJobs?Candidates are kept confidential. Only if an agency explicitly chooses to send candidate information to an employer will this information be shared with that employer. Privacy and security are of paramount concern and we encourage all members to read the BountyJobs Privacy Policy.
-
Can I post my own jobs? No. BountyJobs is not a split network. Only direct employers may post jobs on the marketplace.
-
Does BountyJobs help me find candidates? Not directly. BountyJobs offers access to a vast marketplace with millions of dollars in bounties. While we empower agencies by providing these openings, it's your expertise and network that will identify and place the best candidates.
-
Who owns submitted candidates?Agencies own the candidates they submit for a period of six months from the date of submission.
-
How can I develop relationships with employers if I can't talk to them first? The BountyJobs marketplace facilitates communication between agencies and employers. By breaking down so many barriers to conducting business, agencies develop employer relationships in weeks that previously took years. That said, employers on BountyJobs are free to communicate with agencies in any manner that works for them.
-
Are employers on BountyJobs responsive?Just like in the offline world, some employers are very responsive and others are not. To address this important issue, BountyJobs has developed several key indicators to help agencies gauge employer responsiveness. Using these indicators, experienced users find the best employers with ease.
-
Will I be required to include a candidate's contact information in a submission? No. Agencies can choose to remove reference to a candidate’s personal information on a resume prior to submission.
-
Can I see the names and phone numbers of the employers?Once an employer grants an agency permission to submit candidates for a job, the employer’s full contact information is disclosed to that agency. If an employer has requested a different policy related to agency communication, that policy is made clear before an agency engages on that employer’s roles.
-
Who owns submitted candidates?Agencies own the candidates they submit for a period of six months from the date of submission.
-
Will an employer know if I thumbs down a job or mark a question as unanswered? No. Currently we are only using this data internally to help us continue to make our platform better for you. If in the future we decide to share any of this data with our employers it will be 100% anonymized to protect you.
-
What if another headhunter submits my candidate for the same job?BountyJobs’ system blocks duplicate submissions. In the unlikely event that the system fails to block a duplicate submission, the winner will be the agency that first submitted the candidate, as determined by the time and date stamp on the submissions.
-
What if the employer already has a candidate that I submit?
Candidates who applied to an employer outside of the marketplace in the preceding six months belong to the employer, and not to the submitting agency. If the employer hires the candidate, the employer will not owe a fee.
