About the Role
As a Production Employee, you will be responsible for supporting daily production activities and ensuring products are manufactured according to quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
Operating and monitoring production machinery;
Performing production tasks according to work instructions;
Inspecting products and carrying out quality checks;
Packing and preparing products for shipment;
Moving materials and finished goods within the production area;
Reporting and assisting with minor machine issues;
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment;
Following health, safety, and quality procedures.

Have experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or a similar environment;
Are willing to learn and develop new skills;
Are available to work in a 2-shift schedule;
Have a proactive and positive attitude;
Pay attention to quality and detail;
Are physically fit and comfortable performing active work;
Can communicate in English and/or Dutch;
Are reliable and enjoy working as part of a team.
