Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related STEM field, or currently pursuing a Engineering degree.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -.25in;line-height: normal;margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: #212529">Proficiency in CAD software such as Autodesk suite or Solidworks.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -.25in;line-height: normal;margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: #212529">Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&amp;T).</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -.25in;line-height: normal;margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: #212529">Familiarity with ERP systems such as JDE, and experience in creating product codes and routings.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -.25in;line-height: normal;margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt .75in"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;color: #212529">Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and 6 sigma principles in process
