Property Management role with ad-hoc PA duties
Acqhired is recruiting on behalf of one Birmingham's most established agencies, they are interested in speaking with a highly organised Personal Assistant with a strong focus on property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management:
Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and property management companies.
Assist with the marketing and advertising of available properties.
Administrative Support:
Manage the diary and schedule of the Director or assigned team members.
Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to property management.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and property professionals.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding property management activities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience within an administrative/property management role is essential.
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with third parties.
