Managing the reception area and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues.
Creating a warm welcome and ensuring everyone is directed professionally.
Handling incoming calls, emails and mail with accuracy and care.
Providing administrative and facilities support to the team.
Coordinating and organising facilities‑related tasks.
Supporting colleagues with travel and hotel bookings.

You bring a vocational level of education and several years of professional experience.
A customer‑focused, professional attitude comes naturally to you, and you feel comfortable communicating at different levels.
Accuracy matters—you notice details, even in routine tasks.
Planning and organising are strengths and you know how to set clear priorities.
Handling information with discretion and integrity is second nature.
Flexibility suits you: you enjoy working with others but feel just as confident working independently.
You present yourself professionally and adapt quickly when things change.
Your working hours are between 08:00 and 17:00, following a four‑week rota. We do ask for some flexibility, though we aim to give you a predictable schedule. You’ll collaborate closely with a colleague, and you’ll also often take independent responsibility for reception and office‑management tasks.
