About the Role

Planning, monitoring and controlling software localisation projects to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the desired level of quality  Managing and distributing project-related information  Resolving issues related to assigned projects  Guiding international project teams (internal and external)  Negotiating with all project stakeholders to represent Nintendo's interest  Managing voice localisation projects and liaising with partner studios to ensure successful delivery of audio in multiple languages according to developer specifications  Conducting audio editing and audio asset management  Carrying out in-house voice recordings and post-production as needed  Requirements Education or graduate degree in the localisation and/or project management field or several years of work experience in the respective area  Project management experience and budget handling knowledge  Very good English language skills; knowledge of Japanese language would be a plus Professional experience in sound recording, including technical expertise with studio hardware and DAW software such as Pro Tools  Excellent communication skills  Analytical thinking with a process-oriented mindset and decision-making as key competences  Experience in leading a team  A proactive and positive attitude with eagerness for learning  Strong work ethic; commitment to and passion for the role
