Senior Auditor – Audit & Assurance

Fresh People are partnering with a well-established, independent accountancy and advisory firm in Kent, known for delivering high-quality audit, tax, and advisory services to a diverse and growing client base.
As part of continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Auditor to join their Audit & Assurance team. This is an opportunity to step into a role that offers far more than traditional audit delivery — with real exposure to clients, advisory work, and progression.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and delivering audit assignments from planning through to completion
Managing on-site audit teams and coordinating fieldwork
Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with UK standards
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying opportunities to add value through advisory insights
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Working collaboratively across tax and advisory teams
What We’re Looking For
ACA / ACCA qualified (or nearing qualification)
Strong experience within an accountancy practice environment
Solid audit experience across a range of clients
Confident communicator with strong client-facing ability
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
Someone looking to progress and take on more responsibility
