What Will I Do as a Service Quality Specialist?

What are the qualifications to be a Service Quality Specialist at Afni?
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Six months of call center, quality assurance, or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to evaluate interactions and provide clear, constructive feedback.
High attention to detail and ability to identify areas of improvement.
Comfort working with multiple systems and reviewing performance metrics.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
