Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop revenue forecasts and planning models
- Evaluate sales trends, pipeline activity, and pricing to support projections
- Conduct margin analysis and understand key profitability drivers
- Assist with pricing strategy tracking and impact evaluation
- Assess performance risks, opportunities, and gaps
- Build financial models evaluating initiatives, programs, and strategic opportunities
- Assist leadership with periodic forecasting and annual planning activities
- Create executive reports and dashboards highlighting key performance metrics
- Execute variance analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Oversee capital planning analysis, including return on investment evaluations
- Coordinate with operations on capacity alignment and production decisions
- Contribute to planning processes with financial insights and analysis
- Work with business leaders on performance tracking and improvement initiatives
- Facilitate long-range planning and scenario development for leadership
- Improve forecasting accuracy and automate reporting processes company-wide
- Strengthen data integrity across multiple systems and platforms
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance planning processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
- 4-6+ years of finance experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $100,000–$120,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
