Progress Update on Kenosha Human Services Facility with Bear Development July 1, 2025 Bear Development continues to make significant progress on the Kenosha County Human Services Building at Sun Plaza. This state-of-the-art facility will house multiple essential services in a modernized 147,000-square-foot space, featuring a substantial addition and thorough renovations. As part of an innovative public-private partnership, Bear Development will take ownership of the existing Job Center property, supporting future private development initiatives.
