Our PCU leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member. <o:p></o:p><o:p></o:p>Progressive Care Unit<o:p></o:p>Patient Population: Medical/Cardiac - Sepsis, Post Ablation, Insulin Drips, Cardiac Drips, COVID, Acute Cardiac and Neuro Admitting Patients.<o:p></o:p>Patient Ratios: 1:4<o:p></o:p>Number of Beds: 22 beds<o:p></o:p>Department Specifics: Our unit is team-centered, positive, supportive, and able to help each other out. We strive for excellence and development, promoting each nurse to the height of their abilities and ambition.
