Catering Assistant

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Catering Assistant to join a busy hospital catering team based in Larbert on a temporary ongoing basis.

Our client operates a busy hospital catering facility, requiring a reliable and flexible individual to support the smooth running of the catering operation across various shifts.

What’s on offer?

• Ongoing temporary position
• 20 hours per week across various shifts – 12pm to 4pm or 4pm to 8pm
• £12.71 per hour, with enhanced rates at weekends – paid weekly
• Full departmental training and induction provided

As a Catering Assistant, your duties will include:

• Clearing tables and maintaining a clean and tidy dining environment
• Operating the dishwasher and general catering equipment
• Supporting general housekeeping duties across the catering facility

To be considered as a Catering Assistant, you will need:

• Flexibility to work across various shifts and days
• An in-date PVG certificate is essential
• Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment is advantageous, though full training will be provided
