Finance Operation Officer

Cross-Functional Operational Support - Execute and coordinate operational support across AP, AR, GL, and Tax functions as assigned. - Provide support during critical periods such as monthly closing, audits, and backlog clearance. - Perform transaction verification, basic reconciliations, and ensure completeness of supporting documentation in accordance with company standards. Reconciliation & Process Quality - Identify operational discrepancies and coordinate with relevant PICs for resolution. - Support preparation of supporting schedules and working papers for internal and external audit purposes. - Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in line with agreed service levels (SLA). Knowledge & Process Continuity - Document processes and key learnings during cross-functional assignments. - Share relevant knowledge with team members when required. - Provide constructive input to improve operational effectiveness and process efficiency. Collaboration & Professional Conduct - Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Adapt to shifting business priorities and operational requirements. - Uphold integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
