About the Role
<p>Do you have a natural flair for building relationships and can lead from the front?<br /> We’re looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual to join a leading independent agent as a Branch Manager at their office in Bradford-on-Avon. This agent is forward-thinking with a great reputation locally and have several well-established offices dotted around the area. </p>
<p> This role will come with a lot of autonomy and is suited to an experienced Estate Agent Branch Manager who is proactive in their approach and is looking for a role in which they can drive an already successful branch to further success.</p>
<p><strong>As Branch Manager, what’s in it for you?</strong></p>

<li>Up to £35,000 basic salary dependent on experience</li>
<li>Commission structure OTE of £60,000 – £65,000 – get rewarded for your hard work!</li>

<p><strong>Your role as a Branch Manager:</strong><br /> </p>
<ul>
<li>Driving the team and leading from the front to be the best branch in the area</li>
<li>Identifying opportunities to increase revenue streams through maximising opportunities</li>
<li>Provide support and guidance to clients, giving balanced advice and delivering an accurate marketing strategies</li>
<li>Work closely with Directors to maximise market share within the local area</li>
<li>Stay up to date with market trends, economic factors, and property values in the local area</li>
<li>Measure KPIs and staff performance</li>
<li>Handle any complaints that may arise</li>
<li>Coaching, leading and mentoring your team both individually and together</li>
<li>Attend management meetings</li>
<li>Carry out valuations</li>
<li>Monitor sales pipeline</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we’re looking for from a Branch Manager:</strong><br /> </p>
<ul>
<li>Previous managerial experience is required – a minimum of two years is preferred</li>
<li>A proven Valuer who enjoys being hands on within a branch</li>
<li>Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!</li>
<li>Natural leadership and sales ability is essential</li>
<li>A real love for the industry</li>
<li>Local area knowledge</li>
<li>NAEA qualification is desirable</li>
<li>A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Solid IT skills & attention to detail</li>
<li>A well-presented and professional approach</li>
<li>Punctuality & great organisational skills</li>
