<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>As a <strong>Trainee Recruitment Consultant</strong>, you’ll receive full training and learn every aspect of the recruitment process, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Candidate sourcing and talent attraction</li>
<li>Interviewing and candidate screening</li>
<li>Right to Work and compliance checks</li>
<li>CV formatting and candidate registration</li>
<li>Posting and managing job adverts</li>
<li>Building relationships with candidates</li>
<li>Coordinating interviews and placements</li>
<li>Database management and administration</li>
<li>Supporting experienced Recruitment Consultants</li>
</ul>
<p>As you develop, you’ll progress into managing your own vacancies, building client relationships, and developing leadership skills.</p>
