Graduate Cover Supervisor – Secondary School  Location: Greater Manchester Employer: Smile Education Role Type: Long-term, full-time About the Role: Smile Education is recruiting a confident and motivated Graduate Cover Supervisor to support a welcoming and well-established secondary school. This long-term, full-time role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals considering a future career in teaching, education, or youth work. As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will gain hands-on classroom experience, working with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, supervising lessons during teacher absence and supporting pupils to stay engaged and on task. This role is an excellent stepping stone into teacher training, PGCE routes, or school-based roles.
