<span><span><span>A fast‑growing AI/data‑analytics company in the healthcare ecosystem is hiring a hands‑on finance professional to partner directly with the CFO. This is a high‑visibility role that blends FP&A (forecasting, reporting, variance analysis) with month‑end close support and real operational finance responsibilities.<br />
You will serve as the bridge between the CFO and an outsourced accounting team—helping ensure clean closes, improved reporting, and decision‑ready insights as the company scales.</span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span><b>Responsibilities </b></span></span></span>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span>Own and enhance reporting rhythms: forecasting, budgeting support, variance analysis, and KPI tracking</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Support month-end close: reconciliations, coordination with outsourced accounting, deliverables tracking, and ensuring accurate reporting</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Improve finance processes and systems alongside the CFO (automation/efficiency mindset is a plus)</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Build dashboards and leadership-ready materials, including exposure to Board and executive reporting</span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<span><span><span><b>What We’re Looking For</b></span></span></span>

<li><span><span><span>2–6 years of experience across FP&A, financial analysis, and accounting (close, reconciliations, financial statements)</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Hands-on QuickBooks experience (Bill.com exposure is a plus)</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Strong Excel skills and comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving environment</span></span></span></li>
