Role : Quantity Surveyor Location: Lisburn Hours: 8.30am-5pm (Mon-Thurs), 8.30am-4pm (Fri) Pay: £45,000-£60,000 (flexibility dependant on experience) Live vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor – working with a Construction company who operate in the modular construction industry. Key Benefits: Hybrid work (3 days in office/2 days at home) Healthcare Scheme Very occasional travel primarily based in NI The Role: The role will involve supporting innovative modular construction projects across the UK and Ireland, working closely with both commercial and operational teams. Offering a flexible hybrid working model (2 days from home, 3 days in the office), occasional travel to UK mainland sites once or twice per month and 33 days annual leave.
