In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing billing cycles, verifying data accuracy, and resolving discrepancies with precision and professionalism. Your efforts will directly contribute to the organization’s financial health and operational success.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with billing and accounts receivable processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with ERP or accounting software systems
• Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards
• Prior experience in a healthcare, finance, or corporate setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant billing or finance experience

Other Requirements:

• In-office presence in West Houston three days per week
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive financial information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
